A consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a coaching program or a specific coach assignment.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and a signed coaching agreement, the signed coaching agreement will control with respect to the coaching services covered by that agreement.

Coaching is not a substitute for services provided by licensed medical, mental health, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professionals.

Real estate coaching and educational content provided by SPC do not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or representation relationship between SPC and the participant.

Real estate laws, brokerage policies, licensing requirements, contracts, and business practices vary by jurisdiction.

Participants are responsible for confirming that their actions comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements, brokerage policies, contracts, and professional standards.

SPC provides coaching, strategies, education, accountability, and support.

Business, financial, production, lead generation, career, real estate, or personal results depend on many factors, including your decisions, effort, market conditions, experience, resources, implementation, and circumstances.

SPC does not guarantee any particular level of income, production, business growth, leads, transactions, personal outcome, or other result.

Testimonials and examples represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises of future results.

SPC may occasionally offer bonuses, complimentary sessions, special pricing, event offers, or other promotions.

Marketing emails and marketing text messages will be sent in accordance with the consent provided and applicable law.

If you consent to marketing text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply.

Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing SPC services.

Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe.
